I'm glad you're getting your mobility and energy back.
Some news for you. I've just put my alto on the market. I'm not using it, so it'll be better for it to have a new owner. I'm not independent enough to enjoy going out by myself. With tipper it was OK, but without her, nope. I'm always in awe of the solo travellers, but I've learned that I'm not one!
So impressed with your resilience and your ability to see beyond the slow work you have been doing to get better. Love your quilt designs and look forward to seeing more of them in the future. Continue to take care of yourself!
There's a gal who belongs to my writing club who swears by the anterior hip replacement. Was yours anterior or posterior?
I'm back to doing my PT stretches and up to riding 2 miles a day. . . not a lot compared to my pre-kidney stones mileage. I normally do several thousand miles a year. This year, I have yet to hit 100. Baby steps. <sigh>
So glad your life is opening up in so many ways, quilts, walks, tying shoes!
Sending all the healing vibes. Glad to hear you're progressing. Love these updates.

Been thinking of you. And you are part of my discussions with Mike and Mary plus lunchtime visits with Jack Russell.

It’s a little like your body is quilting itself back to normal. Good going—-
Good news. I so enjoy the absolutely perfect quote that ends every post.
